This award winning home was designed collaboratively with our clients. With a view of taking maximum advantage of the natural surroundings, we were excited to have the opportunity to build a home of this caliber.

Set amongst a tranquil setting in Erina Heights, this new home construction uses creative design to capture all that nature has to offer.

The stylish architectural presentation of the home’s facade merely hints at the luxury to be found inside.

Additionally, the use of a mixture of high end materials and fixtures including natural stone, timber and polished concrete ( by Diagrind ) alongside large windows, this new home oozes luxury. From street appeal to functionality our clients have it all with this award winning custom built home.

As a result of the combined effort, this project was awarded Custom Built Home of the year in the $800,000 – $1.5 million price range in 2018. The Master Builders Newcastle Awards are a prestigious awards night and we are proud of this project and our team.
