An architecturally designed, large scale alteration and addition has transformed a 70’s style home into a luxurious residence optimizing the sites location and views over Brisbane Water.

An entertainers delight, the café style kitchen with multiple ovens and teppanyaki plate leads onto an expansive upper terrace overlooking the award winning pool, cabana and sunken poolside bar below. The fully covered lower terrace is straight out of a magazine, with it’s own built in bar and multiple zones for an easy relaxing lifestyle.

Close collaboration with the owner, designer and engineer overcame difficulties and provided solutions which utilized structural steel encased with recycled timber, feature recycled timber trusses and suspended concrete floors. This home showcases the owner’s unique style and we are proud to say that we helped the owners fulfill their dream.
