Award winning custom home builders Central Coast

B&K Developments are excited to announce we received an award at the prestigious Master Builders Association Awards night (for home builders Central Coast). We took out the category of the Custom Home Build $800,000 – $1,000,000 for 2018.  MBA awarded us with this honour for our Erina Heights Project. For more information on this project, you can view the project here.

This award category had some beautiful homes. Although this category had tough competition, a nomination alongside some of the best builders on the Central Coast has pushed us closer to achieving one of our visions. Among others, this vision is to be the best builder on the Central Coast.

We also strive to complete homes that our clients love, leaving them 100% happy with the project. Because of this, we believe the wonderful home owners are the biggest winners in this project as they get to call this beautiful custom home their own! Check out what they had to say about building with us.

Additionally, B&K Developments would like to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated team. While B&K Developments received the award, this was a combined effort from consultants, sub contractors and staff members. A team of hand selected experts put together specifically for this project.

As a result, we are proud of our award winning team and this amazing custom home.

View our project page and let us know what you think of this custom home. Who knows, maybe your new project will be our next award winning home!

What are the Master Builders Association ‘Excellence in building’ awards?

The Master Builders Association celebrated their inaugural Excellence in Building awards night in 1995. The awards night was introduced as a way to celebrate the amazing building caliber available to the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast areas. They showcase local craftsmanship, expertise and excellence. With an overwhelming success, the awards night quickly became a highly regarded credibility for the industry in the local regional area.
