Our clients were initially interested in doing an alteration and addition to an older style dwelling that they had recently purchased for their growing family. The original house however was poorly orientated and following initial concept plans it was decided that a better long term solution would be to knock down the existing dwelling and build the owners their “forever” home where they could stamp their style from the outset.

The end result is an impressive Hamptons style home, custom designed in close collaboration with our client. Our Hamptons In Terrigal project is sure to impress! Showcasing luxury fixtures and fittings with attention to detail throughout.

This project is a great example of our complete turn key package, working along side our landscaping and concreting arm of our business, we were able to provide our clients with a fully landscaped home, ready to move in to and enjoy for many years to come.

New Award-Winning Build, Erina Heights

Designed by our clients with a view to taking maximum advantage of the natural surroundings, we were excited to have the opportunity to build a home of this caliber.

Set amongst a tranquil setting in Erina Heights, this new home construction uses creative design to capture all that nature has to offer.

The stylish architectural presentation of the home’s facade merely hints at the luxury to be found inside.

Using a mixture of high end materials and fixtures including natural stone, timber and polished concrete alongside large windows, this new home oozes luxury. From street appeal to functionality our clients have it all with this award winning custom built home.

Brush Road

A stunning home on acres which was architecturally designed to take advantage of the site’s aspects.

Barestone cladding provided a raw, off-form concrete finish and when combined with Zincalume Custom Orb, Duragroove panelling and Apollo face bricks the owner’s dream of an “industrial look” home became a reality. Polished concrete floors and a 1200mm wide pivot entry door with Corten steel to both faces added the finishing touches.

The home showcases a mezzanine level suspended from the roof structure by Blackbutt posts. To compliment this, steel stair stringers with Blackbutt treads, glass balustrades and strategic lighting help to create the dominant internal feature of the home. The use of a steel parallel chord truss and LVL’s provided the structural solutions to the large open spans.

We were honoured to be provided with the opportunity to build this stunning home which provided us with many interesting challenges along the way.

Saratoga Project

An architecturally designed, large scale alteration and addition has transformed a 70’s style home into a luxurious residence optimizing the sites location and views over Brisbane Water.

An entertainers delight, the café style kitchen with multiple ovens and teppanyaki plate leads onto an expansive upper terrace overlooking the award winning pool, cabana and sunken poolside bar below. The fully covered lower terrace is straight out of a magazine, with it’s own built in bar and multiple zones for an easy relaxing lifestyle.

Close collaboration with the owner, designer and engineer overcame difficulties and provided solutions which utilized structural steel encased with recycled timber, feature recycled timber trusses and suspended concrete floors. This home showcases the owner’s unique style and we are proud to say that we helped the owners fulfill their dream.
